A new press shot of the Samsung Galaxy S8 has been leaked today, by Evan Blass. And this leak confirms the bezel-less design which has been reported previously, quite a few times.
The photo shows a black variant of the Galaxy S8 or S8 Plus. The display is a dual curved edge screen, with cutout corners. The right edge of the phone's frame has a single key which could be a dedicated camera button. The left edge has what appears to be the volume rocker keys and a power button.
There are as many as 6 sensors on the top of the screen, which hints at one of them being the Iris scanner, and the one on the right being the selfie lens.
The date on the homescreen, which reads March 29th, also makes sense. That's because it is the exact date which Samsung has announced, as the one on which the company will officially unveil the Galaxy S8. Samsung has skipped its traditional MWC launch platform for its flagship device, to ensure that there are plenty of S8 units available to be shipped, when the device is launched next month. The launch will take place in a Galaxy Unpacked event, to be held in New York.
