Evan Blass, the renowned leaker known as evleaks, has dropped a strong hint about the OnePlus 5T. According to Blass' source, the Chinese OEM is working on an 18:9 model, ala the OnePlus 5T.
The device will reportedly be launched at the end of November. This follows OnePlus' pattern from last year, when the OnePlus 3T was launched.
According to a leak yesterday by OPPOMART (courtesy: Androidpure forums), this is what the OnePlus 5T looks like.
The spec sheet listed by OPPOMART looks like it is based on the leaks. But the photos of the OnePlus 5T do look legit, as is evidenced by the very slightly curved corners of the display, which we saw in a prior leak earlier this week.
To be honest, the OnePlus 5T with its 18:9 display looks a bit like the LG G6 which isn't a bad thing. The OnePlus 5T will reportedly be priced at $549 (which is about Rs. 36,000). This could be true, as the OnePlus 5 does retail for a similar price tag in India.
And add to this, a tweet from OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, which shows a "photo taken by a great camera", this all sums up to OnePlus 5T's imminent launch.
