Adobe issued a security bulletin on 4th February 2014, and also issues a emergency security update for the flash player. The Security bulletin says These updates address a critical vulnerability that could potentially allow an attacker to remotely take control of the affected system.
The updates are for the flash player versions 220.127.116.11(or earlier) for Windows and Mac and 18.104.22.1685 (or earlier) for Linux.

So the users of Mac and Windows will have to update the flash players to version 22.214.171.124 and Linux users need to update to 126.96.36.1996. If you are using latest versions of Chrome or IE the flash player will get updated automatically. Otherwise update your flash player manually.
