Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia, the third and final game in the 2.5D series, is now available on Steam.
It was only two weeks ago, that Ubisoft had launched the second game in the trilogy, Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India.
AC Chronicles: Russia as the name implies is set in the Soviet nation, with the timeline being 20th century, after the The October Revolution.
The game's art style is unique to Russia, and features its famous propaganda art style and symbolism. You will be able to access various vehicles like trucks, trains and tanks, and also modern machinery like elevators, radios & trip wires. The game includes the famous trans-Siberian train, and the story has the player infiltrating the Kremlin and escaping from Moscow. There are two playable characters in the game, Nikolaï Orelov and Anastasia. Nikolaï is a sharpshooter whose arsenal includes a silenced sniper rifle with a bayonet (knife) and a Mechanical Winch which is a "versatile tool" that sends electric shocks. Anastasia uses a unique weapon called the Helix Blade.

There seems to be some issue with the Steam listing, which doesn't allow some Asian countries to buy the game. The following countries are reportedly not having the game at the Steam listing. But you can buy it with a simple trick courtesy of Steam user Shouvanik.

- Login to your Steam account in your web browser.
- Visit this page at SteamDB.
- Scroll down all the way to the end of the page.
- You will see a buy button as seen in the screenshot featured below.
- Click on it and the game will be added to your Steam Cart.
- You can buy Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia for Rs. 299 (or your local currency).
