Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India is now available for Rs 299 on Steam

Earlier this week, Ubisoft released a new game called Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India, on Steam.

This isn't a main game in the series, and is in fact a spin-off 2.5D platformer, similar to Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China. (It is a part of the trilogy).

You play as the assassin Arbaaz Mir, in a story set in 19th century Colonial India, featuring Amritsar, a beautiful palace, elephants and more. The game features Indian weapons like the talwar (curved sword) and the chakram (circular throwing weapon), which you can use to fight the templars.

Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India minimum system requirements:

    Operating System: Windows 7 SP1 or Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 (32/64bit versions)
    Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 @ 2.6 GHz or AMD Athlon II X2 240 @ 2.8 GHz
    Memory: 2 GB RAM
    Graphics: nVidia GeForce GTS450 or AMD Radeon HD5770 (1024MB VRAM with Shader Model 5.0)
    DirectX: Version 10
    Storage: 4 GB available space
    Sound Card: DirectX Compatible Sound Card with latest drivers
    Additional Notes: Video Drivers: nVidia GeForce 347.52 and AMD Catalyst Omega 14.12

The graphics are a considerable improvement over the first game in the trilogy, China.

The next game in the series, Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia is set to be released on February 9th, 2016.
