On my Lumia 1320 am using the Lumia Denim. While Installing the “Phone Insider” application I got the following error

While searching for the solution I found this article. And I found it helpful. What you need to do is
1. Cancel the download by long press the downloading and cancel it
2. Use the “…” and select Settings
3. Choose “Check for updates”

That’s it. It worked for me. If this does not work for you, you will have to try to Hard reset your phone.
