Qibla Finder from Google

Qibla Finder

It is the Month of Ramadan which started on 26th of June 2017, which is considered as the most holy month for the Muslims, earlier we have posted Wallpapers, facebook covers for Ramzaan. Google launched a new web application named Qibla Finder, which will help you to find the Qibla in augmented reality .

Qibla (Qiblah, Qibleh, Kiblah, Kıble or Kibla) is the direction to be faced when a Muslim prays.  That is the direction of Kaaba in Mecca. If you are travelling or in to a new place where you do not know where Qibla is and if you search on internet you will get suggestions like Compass to find the direction, but which may not be helpful sometimes.

Google came up with a web application named Qibla Finder to solve this issue, To use this all you want to do is open the http://g.co/qiblafinder on your mobile browser.  You need to provide the permissions needed  (the application uses the compass on your mobile phone and also your location) and it will tell you in which direction you will have to turn. The Qibla Finder will draw a blue line from your location to the Kaaba.

Google confirms that the application will be available after the holy month of Ramadan.
