Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus launched for Rs. 57,900 and Rs. 64,900 in India

Samsung has launched the Galaxy S9 and the S9 Plus in India. The flagship phones are powered by an Exynos 9810 Processor, with 4GB of RAM on the Galaxy S9, and 6GB in the S9 Plus.

The devices run on Android 8.0 Oreo, and have 64GB/128GB of internal storage. The Galaxy S9 sports a 5.8 inch Quad HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio, while the Galaxy S9 Plus features a similar 6.2-inch screen.

The phones support up to 400GB of expandable storage, and are backed by a 3000/3500 mAh battery. The Galaxy S9 and the S9 Plus feature an 8MP selfie lens and dual rear cameras both of which are 12MP lenses.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 has been priced at Rs. 57,900, while the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus will retail for Rs. 64,900 in India. The phones will be sold exclusively via Flipkart, and are available for pre-order right now. The Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus will begin shipping from March 16th. The phones will be available in three colours: Coral Blue, Lilac Purple, and Midnight Black.
