The Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime has been launched in India. The phone sports a 5.5-inch FullHD 1080p display with 2.5D Curved Glass, and a metal unibody.
The device runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with Samsung Experience 8.5. The device supports Samsung Pay Mini and a new feature called Samsung Mall, which can search for products you take a picture of, and lets you buy the product from many online stores.
The Galaxy On7 Prime is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7870 processor clocked at 1.26GHz, and will be available in 3GB/4GB RAM with 32GB/64GB of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot which is part of the Hybrid Dual SIM card tray.
Photography wise, the selfie lens on the Galaxy On7Prime is a 13 megapixels front camera with an f/1.9 aperture, while the main lens is also a similar 13 megapixels camera and an f/1.9 aperture which supports autofocus and LED Flash. The phone is backed by a 3300mAh battery. The Galaxy On7 Prime weighs at 167g and measures at 151.7 x 75 x 8mm.
The Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime prices start at Rs. 12,990 for the 3GB RAM variant, while the 4GB variant will be sold for Rs. 14,990 in India. The phone will be sold exclusively on the Samsung Store and Amazon India, from January 20th, during the Amazon ‘Great Indian Sale’. Buyers can avail Rs. INR 2000 cashback in Jio Money, on recharge of Rs. 299 per month for 24 months.
