I wrote earlier about getting an error saying “This SqlTransaction has completed; it is no longer usable.”. After I fixed the error they responded to the ticket after 3 days saying that the site is working fine.

They are saying that they posted the answer just after 1 hr. that also I could not believe, since

after that I took minimum 15 – 20 minutes to find what was wrong, so are they waiting for me to fix that issue ? Anyway I got a mail and time on the ticketing system bot are on same time. I will stay here on this server until another issue raises and let us see what will be their response time.
