Microsoft have officially released the official File Manager app for Windows Phones.
Despite being a basic app available on other platforms such as Android and iOS, Windows Phone was lacking this ever since it’s debut.
Well, now you finally get to use the app to manage your files, but only if your device is running Windows Phone 8.1.
The app has been named “Files”, aptly for what it does, and is just 1 MB in size. You can use it to perform all basic functions such as moving, copying , renaming , deleting files and creating folders on your device and SD Card.
It can also be used to search for files, and also allows you to share files. Over all it is a good app considering it is free.
