The Vivo V7+ India launch is just about an hour away from now, but Amazon India has jumped the gun and posted the official page for the phone on its website. And thanks to that the official press renders and technical specifications of the Vivo V7+ are now available.
The Vivo V7+ has a 5.99 inch IPS Full View display with an aspect ratio on 18:9, 84.4% screen to body ratio and 2.15mm narrow bezels, which makes it similar to the LG G6 and the Samsung Galaxy S8 to some extent. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and a screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels, and 268.8 PPI. The phone runs on Funtouch 3.2 OS based Android 7.1 Nougat, and has Smart Split 3.0 for multitasking (multi window), App Clone (for using 2 copies of the same app).
The phone is a mid-range device powered by a 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 octa core processor, with an Adreno 506 GPU, 4GB of RAM and has 64GB of internal storage. The phone has a triple card slot, which comprises of a microSD slot which can be used for up to 256GB of expandable storage, and DUAL SIM cards for using dual SIMs with dual-standby, (dual NANO, 4G + 4G).
The device has a unibody design, with rounded corners. The Vivo V7+ has a dedicated DAC in the form of a AK4367A Hifi audio chip for rich quality audio.The Vivo V7+ has a 16 megapixels camera on the back with an LED flash, which supports PDAF and bokeh mode. The selfie lens on the phone is a 24 megapixels Moonlight camera with face Beauty 7.0, Portrait mode.
The Vivo V7+ weighs 159g, and measures at 156 x 8 x 76mm, and is backed by a 3225mAh battery. The V7+ supports 4G LTE with VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, and has a micro USB port. Sensors on the phone include an Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor, eCompass, Gyroscope, The phone will be available in Matte Black colour.
