Under this service (powered by Ingram Micro) user can sell back the current Samsung device which should be 6 months to one year old by calling Ingram Micro's toll free number. After evaluation, a buyback price will be informed to the customer. If the user accepted the offer, the device will be collected from the location of customer’s choice and the amount will be transferred to the customer’s account.
