Rich copy is a utility from Microsoft which allows you to copy Large number of files much much faster. RichCopy can open multiple threads simultaneously, allowing many files to be copied in parallel and cutting the total time required to complete the operation several times over.
It supports to save /restore the copy options to a file, which will be easier for different settings
It supports Pause/Resume
You do all the GUI operations through command line as well.
