Today Nokia announced an update for its Lumia Windows 7.8 phones. This will be available for the Nokia Lumia 510, 610, 710, 800 and 900.

Pick the tiles that matter to you most, move them about and resize them as you like – and mix it up by fitting four columns of smaller tiles on your screen to reduce scrolling.
