The new profile design actually looks like the Facebook. The new profile picture is bigger so it is advised to upload new bigger photo if you want more clear profile photo. The new profile design allow you to pin a tweet. But remember these are only applicable for those who visit your profile.

Best Tweets: Tweets that have received more engagement will appear slightly larger, so your best content is easy to find.
Filtered Tweets: Now you can choose which timeline to view when checking out other profiles. Select from these options: Tweets, Tweets with photos/videos, or Tweets and replies.
