This will help you to manage the people you follow more easier. You can create diffrent lists abd add the people you follow to the lists.
1. Create a list – you can choose the create new list on the alert section before you close it
or you can choose the new list link from the right section as below
2. Add contacts to list from the existing following section
or on the profile page as below
