Windows information leaker, WZor has revealed some important information regarding Microsoft’s Windows 9 roadmap.
According to the Russian blog’s report, the Redmond based company are preparing to unveil a pre-beta version for Windows Developer Preview 9, at the Build Developer Conference, in April.
The report also says, that an RTM version of Windows 9 will be ready by October. Microsoft are planning to release a solitary beta version in May, followed by a Release Candidate scheduled for sometime in August-September.
This could be the Rapid Release System of Windows, mentioned by former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, at Build 2013.
Windows 9 may be released by the end of this year, but users anxiously await the Windows 8.1 Update 1, which is rumored for an April release, and also the inevitable End of Support for Microsoft XP on April 8th.
