Key board Shorcuts for Microsoft Word users

The following are some common key board shorcuts for Microsoft Word.

You can ge the complete list by following the steps

1. Open microsoft word
2. Select Tools --> Macro -->Macros
3. From the Macros In drop-down menu, select Word Commands.
4. Select ListCommands from the macro listing.
5. Click the Run button.
6. Choose Current Menu and Keyboard Settings from the popup window and click OK.
Word will automatically open a new document containing a table of keystrokes (8 pages )

Ctrl + B - Bold highlighted selection.
Ctrl + C - Copy selected text.

Ctrl + K - Insert link.
