Kamal Meattle (an activist) says how he recovered from the Delhi’s polluted air which reduced his lunge capacity to 70% with the help of 3 common plants. He never used any electronic or electrical equipment for this.

On his Ted Talk he talks about 3 plants which you can see below, to get enough fresh air.

Areca Palm - Which you can keep in your living room, converts Carbon dioxide to oxygen.

Mother-in-law's tongue - This plant will generate Oxygen even at night so a plant which you can place on your bed room

Money plant - Kamal says that this plant can remove toxic materials like formaldehyde and other volatile gases from the atmosphere and purify the air.
