What is Safer Internet Day ?
Safer Internet Day (SID) is organized by Insafe in February of each year to promote safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile phones, especially among children and young people across the world.
This year it is celebrated on February 9th. To celebrate it Google will provide you 2GB of additional Google Drive spaces for FREE when you complete a simple security check related to your Google account.
The first section of the check is verifying your account recovery details such as secondary email, mobile phone numbers etc..
Check recent security events
Check all the devices connected to the Google account
Check access to the account from less secure applications
Check the applications and websites having permissions to access to your account. Remove unwanted apps
That is all you need to do, you will receive a 2GB of additional Google Drive space from Google.
