WhatsApp is a very famous Texting Application available on different mobile platforms. This is having more than 450 Million users.
The social Media giant Facebook yesterday announced the acquiring of WhatsApp for $16 Billion. The amount will be given as $4 billion in cash and $12 billion as Facebook shares. Facebook will also give an additional $3 billion Restricted Share Units to the WhatsApp founders.
WhatsApp having 32 engineers working for 14 Million Active users with 450 million users. It will process 50 billion messages every day.
