You can create beautiful tag clouds like above using the website Tagxedo
1. Go to the website here (You need Silverlight installed to use this)
2. Click Create (By default it is Dove) or go to Gallery and select a cloud style
3. Click Load, You can give a URL, words, File containing words etc
4. Click Submit
