PayPal has temporarily suspended personal payments to and from India and transfers to local banks in the country.
So here are some PayPal alternatives
1. Moneybookers
Money Bookers also supports direct bank deposit and world wide transfer. The conversion rates are better than PayPal and transaction fees is better than Xoom

2. XOOM
This is one of the Best PayPal alternative for Indian Users. They support Worldwide payments. Conversion rate is better than PayPal, and they will deposit the amount directly to you bank account. The transaction charge is a bit high than PayPal for smaller amounts. But if you are making transaction of a big amount this service is very good.
If the amount is higher than 1500$ the transaction fee is zero.

3. 2CO (2CheckOut)
2CO you will have to pay a one time set up fees of $49 and a 5.5% commission on each transaction, plus a $0.45 USD charge per transaction. Payments are calculated every Wednesday and issued every Thursday. Payments must meet the selected release level and pass the verifications process.

5. Google Checkout

An additional 1% fee will be assessed on transactions where the merchant's country is different from the buyer's billing country.
