I just read a post on Google India Blog that Google introduced Buzz to India too. You can read that post here. So i just logged in to my Gmail and the following screen was the first one

Automatically selected images from the link i just added
Selected some images, and can post it as Public or Private
Others can Mark it “Like” or can also comment on it
Since my post was public you can check it here
Buzz is added to the Google profile too
