Moto G5s Plus with dual cameras launched for Rs. 15,999 in India

The Moto G5s Plus has just been launched in India, along with the Moto G5s. The G5s Plus variant is a slightly upped version of the Moto G5 Plus, especially in the camera department.

The G5s Plus features dual rear cameras, with 2 x 13 megapixels lenses (one is a monochrome, while the other is an RGB sensor) both with an f/2.0 aperture, a 3D depth editor, a Dual LED Flash with color balancing, 8x digital zoom (for photos) and 4X for videos, Pro Mode, Auto HDR, Video Stabilization, and is capable of recording 4K videos @ 30fps and slo-mo videos.

The back panel sports the same design as the rest of the Moto 5th-gen series, with a Moto 360 dial-like housing for the cameras and the flash. The only exception is that the Moto Dimple returns on the back panel. The selfie lens on the Moto G5s Plus is an 8 megapixels wide angle camera, with an f/2.0 aperture and an LED Flash.

The G5s Plus sports a 5.5-inch Full HD 1080p display with 401 PPI, Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The phone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat, and supports Moto Display with lockscreen notifications which you can interact with even before unlocking the device. The phone also supports Moto Actions, Night Display which is a bluelight filter. The Moto G5s Plus is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor with an Adreno 506 GPU, and 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The phone has a hybrid SIM card slot which supports dual SIMs, or one SIM and a microSD card which can be up to 128GB in size.

The phone has a full metal body with a nano-coating. The fingerprint scanner on the front panel doubles up as a navigation key with one button nav gestures. The G5s Plus is backed by a 3,000 mAh battery which supports fast charging. Connectivity wise, the phone supports 4G LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2 LE + EDR, GPS A-GPS, GLONASS WiFi- 802,11 a/b/g/n 2.4GHz and 5GHZ, has a micro USB port, a 3.5mm audio jack. The device has a full metal body and will be available in Lunar Gray and Blush Gold colours.
