Amazon India now allows Individuals to sell items on their web store. You can even sell used products too.
So let us have look on how the process works. First of all you will have to create an account and list your product with photos and description. Once it is sold on the Amazon, you will receive an email notification and will have to schedule an appointment with the pickup service. Amazon will pick it up, pack it and will deliver to the buyer. If the product is returned by the buyer, it will reach the seller with in 2-4 days time. The seller will get the amount credited to their bank account if the purchase is confirmed.
Amazon will charge INR 10 for the sales below INR 1000, INR 50 for sales between INR 1000 and INR 5000. For the sales above INR 5000 Rs. 100 will be taken by the Amazon.
This offer is only available for the Bangalore people as of now.
If you sell used products you can earn up to INR 1000 as amazon Pay balance (This offer is valid till 15th January 2017). To get this you will have to sell 5 Books/Video games/movies/music or Mobile/Laptop/Tablet.
This will create a competition with EBay on the used item selling.
