Viber another famous messenger which was used by many for making calls before WhatsApp introduced the call features. I use this application more than WhatsApp because of the PC client this application is having. Telegram which recently crossed 100 million active users also have the PC application.
Recently Viber updated its Desktop application with 3 more new features to it.
1. Deleting of messages already sent.
Now you can delete a message which is accidently sent to your contact. right click and select the delete for all option to do it. This seems to be really handy in some situations.
2. Share files with your contacts
Now you can send files with a maximum size of 200 MB to your contacts, it can be MP3 audio files, video files, office documents or anything. Now you will not have to leave your favorite messenger to share files.
3.Third one is a chrome extension for Viber.
With the Viber Chrome Extension you can share the Links, text and photos from the chrome via the Viber Desktop App with just one click. If you are interested you can get the extension from the Chrome Web Store
