Microsoft has revealed the PC system requirements for its upcoming Real Time Strategy game, Halo Wars 2. The required specificaions, are available on the Xbox website.
And yes, Halo Wars 2 seems to be a Windows 10 exclusive game, at least that's what the news so far indicates. Microsoft is making it an Xbox anywhere game, meaning, you can buy it once and play it on your Xbox One or Windows 10 PC, and hence will not be sold on Steam.
So, that's pretty much a huge dissapointment. But on the bright side, you will get Halo Wars Definitive Edition, the remaster of the original Xbox RTS game, also debuting with its successor.

Halo Wars 2 will be released on February 17, 2017, while the Standard Edition will be available from February 21st.
