Amazon Great Indian Sale October 2016
Amazon is the first to jump on sales, and will be holding its Great Indian sale from October 1 to 5. Amazon Prime users will have early access to the offers, 30 mins before the sale starts.

HDFC debit card and credit card holders will be able to avail a 10% cashback when shopping on the Amazon website, and 15% cashback while using the Amazon India app to shop. Amazon has launched a new Assistant to compare products and highlight the best deals.
Flipkart Big Billion Days October 2016
Flipkart will be hosting its Big Billion Days from October 2 to 6th. And this is a bit odd. On October 2nd, the retailer will have offers related to Fashion, Home, Appliances and TVs. October 3 will see offers for Mobiles and Accessories, while October 4 will feature offers for Electronics. The last two days, October 5 and 6, will reportedly have an encore sale, i.e., everything on sale.

There will reportedly be a gaming console with a massive Rs. 11,000 price cut, Intel Core i3 Laptops on sale, Tablets with prices slashed by Rs. 5000, Google Chromecast 2 for Rs 2999 (down by Rs 400), a Xiaomi flagship phone for Rs. 5000 off, LeEco Le 2 for Rs. 10,499, and more.
Snapdeal Unbox Diwali Sale October 2016
Snapdeal will be begin its festive Unbox Diwali Sale on October 2nd, which will run until the 6th. The sale will feature various products from mobiles, home appliances, furniture, fashion, TVs, footwear, watches, gold coins, silver coins, and more. Citi debit card and credit card users can avail 20% discount on products.
