The game was launched in 2014, for iOS, originally in the Oceania region, before it made its worldwide launch, two years later, in the summer of 2016 for Android and iOS. Assassin's Creed Identity is not a 2D platformer game, or a side-scroller, but a full scale 3D third person game, much like the PC versions we are fans of, but with RPG elements.
The one major drawback in Assassin's Creed Identity, is that it has an always online DRM. That means you cannot play the game offline.
